Terms & Conditions - H2EG Solutions Google Ads Introductory Offer

By purchasing and redeeming the Google Ads Introductory Offer Voucher (“Voucher”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Offer Details

• This $499 voucher covers 90 consecutive days of Google Ads campaign management, onboarding & strategy session, ad creation, and optimization.

• Limited to two (2) Google Display (DS) campaigns per account during the introductory period.

• The Voucher must be redeemed within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, the Voucher becomes void unless extended.

• The Voucher can be extended for an additional 30 days for a $150 extension fee.

 

2. Campaign Terms & Requirements

• All campaigns are subject to Google Ads policies and approval.

• Advertisers must commit to 90 consecutive days of campaign management. No pauses or interruptions are allowed.

• H2EG Solutions is not responsible for ad performance fluctuations due to Google algorithm updates, ad policy changes, or market competition.

• Advertisers must provide all required assets and information to launch the campaigns in a timely manner.

 

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

• This Voucher is not redeemable for cash or any other services outside the Google Ads introductory package.

• The Voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or their designated business.

 

4. Additional Terms

• This offer is valid for businesses spending under $2,500/month on Google Ads. If the ad spend exceeds this threshold, standard pricing applies ($249 setup fee + 10% of monthly ad spend).

• H2EG Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
