Looking for our next Sales Coordinator, a detail-oriented and proactive individual with 3+ yrs of experience in sales support or customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work collaboratively with project managers to ensure the smooth running of sales processes.
Our fast-paced creative agency is in search of a highly motivated and results-driven sales coordinator to drive high-ticket digital marketing leads into our business. As a commission-based role, your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and secure new clients for our services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work collaboratively with project managers and the sales team to ensure the smooth running of sales processes.
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, such as social media, email, phone calls, and networking events.
Conduct research on clients' businesses and industries to understand their needs and pain points.
Present and promote our services to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to generate revenue for the company.
Communicate with project managers to ensure seamless transition of clients' projects.
Comprehensive compensation plan. Commission based with benchmark bonuses.
Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends.
Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.
